You See Where These Share Buttons Placed are ? I Founded It By Inspect Element. Try It for Your Blog & Find Yours. According to My Blog, It is in the ID of ' post-share-buttons ' Line. Then Copy That Line to Jump Next Step.
02 ) Search With That Line in Your Blog's Source Code & Place The Code in It According to Below Picture.
After You Approching to Your Blog's Source Code, Press Ctrl+F to Get Search Bar & Search That Line You Copied Before Step. After that You will Find the Area of It's Place & Paste the Code as Given in Picture. Here is the Code.
